Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the RTA15 vial. Aim the stream along the side of the vial, avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 10mg per vial, equating to approximately 333mcg per 10 units on an insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1ml, corresponding to approximately 3.33mg (3333mcg)
